We are looking for a Customer Service specialist to join our team!

As a Customer Service Specialist your role would be to handle two core business functions: customer support and customer relationship management and and implement strategies for customer retention, loyalty, and re engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across multiple channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Track and analyze service metrics (e.g., response times, satisfaction scores).
  • Create and improve customer service procedures and policies.
  • Managing CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Maintain accurate customer records and segment the customer base for targeted campaigns.
  • Develop and implement strategies for customer retention, loyalty, and re-engagement.
  • Generate reports and insights on customer behavior and lifecycle stages.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Bs degree in communication or marketing or a similar career
  • Experience with CRM systems is required.
  • English fluency and strong communication skills are necessary.
  • The candidate must be reliable, punctual, and able to deliver results according to expectations.
  • Open to ongoing training and management.
