About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support our day-to-day insurance operations. This is a client-facing role focused on documentation, follow-up, and coordination with both internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Arabic is preferred due to the nature of client and regulatory communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries and follow-ups via email, phone, and messaging platforms
  • Collect, verify, and organize documentation required for insurance processing
  • Coordinate with internal staff and external partners to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of issued documentation and client files
  • Support basic administrative duties related to insurance service workflows
  • Assist in tracking renewals, endorsements, and other service-related activities

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer service, administration, or insurance operations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Arabic is strongly preferred
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with structured processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
