About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support our day-to-day insurance operations. This is a client-facing role focused on documentation, follow-up, and coordination with both internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Arabic is preferred due to the nature of client and regulatory communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and follow-ups via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Collect, verify, and organize documentation required for insurance processing
- Coordinate with internal staff and external partners to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of issued documentation and client files
- Support basic administrative duties related to insurance service workflows
- Assist in tracking renewals, endorsements, and other service-related activities
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service, administration, or insurance operations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Arabic is strongly preferred
- High attention to detail and comfort working with structured processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
