What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and urgency.
- Educate patients and customers on medical products, usage guidelines, and delivery timelines.
- Support internal teams with order processing, tracking, and follow-up.
- Monitor open orders and backorders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Accurately document all interactions in CRM or EMR systems.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience.
- Experience handling high-volume communication (phone, email, chat).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite with consistent attendance.
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
