We are hiring for a Customer Service Specialist role with experience in Retirement Accounts, Insurance, and Financial Products.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text regarding IRA accounts, 529 plans, retirement accounts, insurance, and other financial products.

Provide exceptional inbound customer service and ensure a positive client experience during every interaction.

Support account transfers, shareholder transactions, and account maintenance activities.

Communicate complex financial information clearly and professionally through both verbal and written communication.

Analyze customer concerns, identify appropriate solutions, and resolve issues efficiently with strong attention to detail.

Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments related to financial services operations.

Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Participate in ongoing training and development programs related to wealth management, financial planning, and client servicing.

Assist managers in identifying recurring customer pain points and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams including financial advisors, portfolio managers, and estate planning specialists to ensure seamless service delivery.
