- Working hours: 08:30 – 17:30, Monday – Friday and every other Saturday
Job Description
- Build relationships and support customers using Shopify web apps via live chat, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Suggest customer support content (FAQs, product descriptions, video ideas, etc.).
- Gather customer feedback and propose solutions to the Customer Success Team Leader.
- Collaborate with the Product team to improve and develop the product.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Proficient in reading and writing English; IELTS 6.0 or equivalent is preferred.
- Understanding of customer service, keen insight into customer needs; ability to analyze and evaluate.
- Highly motivated to learn, excellent listening skills, and effective communication.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in Facebook, TikTok advertising, or e-commerce sales.
- Interested in architecture and the field of Technology and E-commerce.
- Be responsible at work.
