Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in New Cairo. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and other channels, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities include troubleshooting customer issues, documenting interactions in the system, and following established procedures and service standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, including handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear and accurate information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; B2 Level is a Must .
- Graduation certificate is a must.
- Flexibility with Night rotational shifts .
