Job Duties:
- Receiving customer calls and inquiries and responding professionally.
- Coordinating and scheduling home healthcare visits and services.
- Following up on customer requests and ensuring services are delivered on time.
- Handling complaints and feedback and resolving them efficiently.
- Updating customer information and maintaining records in the system.
- Coordinating with medical and administrative teams to ensure service quality.
- Providing clear information about services, pricing, and available offers.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and improving the overall service experience.
Work System:
- Office-based work.
- Rotating shifts according to schedule.
- 6 working days per week, with the possibility of becoming 5 working days after completing the probation period.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector or medical clinics is required
- Diploma degree or higher.
