Job Duties:

  • Receiving customer calls and inquiries and responding professionally.
  • Coordinating and scheduling home healthcare visits and services.
  • Following up on customer requests and ensuring services are delivered on time.
  • Handling complaints and feedback and resolving them efficiently.
  • Updating customer information and maintaining records in the system.
  • Coordinating with medical and administrative teams to ensure service quality.
  • Providing clear information about services, pricing, and available offers.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and improving the overall service experience.

Work System:

  • Office-based work.
  • Rotating shifts according to schedule.
  • 6 working days per week, with the possibility of becoming 5 working days after completing the probation period.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector or medical clinics is required
  • Diploma degree or higher.
