💰 Salary: PHP 30,000-35,000

Working Hours: 18:00PM – 2:00AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with users online and respond to their inquiries promptly.
  • Record service information and synchronize customer feedback and issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve performance targets.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Filipino, able to communicate without barriers.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred; familiar with basic office software.
  • Patient, meticulous, and with a strong service-oriented mindset.
