Position Overview: As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will oversee our Admin and Operations team, ensuring smooth workflow management and office operations. Reporting directly to the Manager and Partner, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, driving operational efficiency through tech adoption, and overseeing day-to-day office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise administrative staff
  • Manage workflow processes, identifying opportunities to implement AI tools and automation to reduce repetitive tasks
  • Oversee daily office operations
  • Handle client management and communication, utilizing modern digital tools to enhance customer experience and response times

  • Experienced in team management
  • Preferably proficient in written Mandarin to effectively engage with Mandarin-speaking clients. Proficiency in Cantonese or other Chinese dialects is also advantageous.
  • Preferably has worked in a professional firm setting
  • Has supervisory skills or experience as a Team Lead
