The position consists of client facing calls to ensure we are offering the best experience and also to maximise our delivery (number of meetings arranged).
The role also entails the internal reporting of each call with the delegates and ensuring that the information gathered is communicated to the relevant teams internally.

What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent and confident English speaking
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service
- Excellent organisational skills and be able to multitask this high priority rol
- Strong and consistent wifi connection (and computer able to handle multiple Excel sheets and Zoom)
- Available to work US and UK hours on a rotating shift patter
- Confident and happy to take a high number of zoom calls
- Professional and pro-active approach to a consistent and full workload
- Start ASAP ideally
- CRM and MS excel experience
