Job Summary:
Lead a team of Customer Service Representatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality service, achievement of performance KPIs, and continuous team development, while enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of Customer Service Representatives.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure targets are consistently met.
- Provide immediate support in resolving issues and handling complex customer cases.
- Monitor call or interaction quality and deliver coaching feedback for improvement.
- Train new employees and follow up on their development progress.
- Manage work schedules and ensure attendance and compliance.
- Escalate major issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Prepare and submit team performance reports to management.
- Motivate the team and promote a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or a related field).
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service, including supervisory or team-leading exposure.
- Experience with CRM systems and call center tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
