Job Summary:

Lead a team of Customer Service Representatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality service, achievement of performance KPIs, and continuous team development, while enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of Customer Service Representatives.
  • Monitor daily team performance and ensure targets are consistently met.
  • Provide immediate support in resolving issues and handling complex customer cases.
  • Monitor call or interaction quality and deliver coaching feedback for improvement.
  • Train new employees and follow up on their development progress.
  • Manage work schedules and ensure attendance and compliance.
  • Escalate major issues to the supervisor when necessary.
  • Prepare and submit team performance reports to management.
  • Motivate the team and promote a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or a related field).
  • 2–4 years of experience in customer service, including supervisory or team-leading exposure.
  • Experience with CRM systems and call center tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
