Qualifications
- At least 1 – 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent command of English is a must
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and RTO (Return to Origin) cases to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Contact customers to follow up on undelivered orders and identify the reasons for non-delivery.
- Communicate with shipping companies and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare order reports, statistics, and performance analysis to support operational improvements and decision-making.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude with customers
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of English is a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
