Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sri Lanka for a Customer Services Specialist at Affno Virtual Market – Green Tape. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing phone interactions with professionalism, and building positive relationships with clients to amplify customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong skills in Customer Service with a focus on delivering positive Customer Experience
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional communication
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in supply chain management or e-procurement is a plus
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
