About the Role:

KoraStats is seeking a Customer Success to act as the main link between our operations, sales teams, and international clients. You will ensure smooth communication, efficient client management, and deliver a high level of service that supports long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for foreign clients and build strong relationships.

• Coordinate communication between clients, operations, and sales teams

• Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth setup.

• Provide ongoing client support and resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate client data using CRM systems.

• Gather client feedback and recommend service improvements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Service (preferably B2B).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• English proficiency at B2 level or above (additional languages are a plus).

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with CRM tools.

• Interest in sports or sports statistics is a plus.
