The Role

We're looking for a seasoned Senior CSM to own the full client lifecycle — from onboarding to retention and growth. You'll be the primary point of contact for a book of SMB clients (real estate agents and home service professionals), ensuring they see real ROI from their leads and stay long-term partners with Egen Media.

What You'll Do

Onboard new clients and set them up for success with clear expectations and workflows

Manage day-to-day relationships with SMB clients across real estate and home services

Monitor client health metrics and proactively address churn risk before it escalates

Handle lead replacement requests and coordinate internally to resolve quality issues

Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within your book of business

Serve as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback to improve lead quality

Track KPIs: retention rate, NPS, expansion revenue, and client satisfaction

What We're Looking For

3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role

Proven track record retaining and growing SMB accounts

Strong communicator who builds trust quickly

Experience in performance-based or lead generation environments is a big plus

Comfortable working in Go High Level, Google Sheets, and Discord as your core tools

Self-starter comfortable working remotely

Fluency in English (written and spoken) required

💰 Compensation: $1,200/month

🕐 Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (5:00 PM – 1:00 AM Albanian time)
