Our client Vector Health is looking for a Customer Success Manager in REMOTE

Vector Health is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager (CDM) professional to manage client communication and ensure smooth project delivery. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, provide regular project updates, deliver presentations, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain excellent customer satisfaction. This role requires outstanding English communication skills, confidence in client interactions, and the ability to present technical information in a clear and simple manner.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management.
  • Prepare and deliver bi-weekly project presentations to clients.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Explain technical concepts in a simple, business-friendly manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Follow up with clients via email and phone regarding ongoing projects and action items.
  • Document meeting discussions and maintain accurate communication records.
  • Address client inquiries professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify potential issues and escalate them to the relevant teams when necessary.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer-facing, account management, or client coordination roles.
  • International work experience (USA, Canada, or Europe) or international academic experience (high school or college) is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or College qualification from the USA, Canada, or the UK.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information in a simple and understandable way.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
