What You'll Do

  • Support revenue retention initiatives by minimizing customer churn through proactive service management.
  • Handle customer complaints related to technical, non-technical, and administrative issues under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist in basic technical analysis and support service improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
  • Prepare regular Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports for service evaluation and billing purposes.
  • Communicate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Execute operational processes and ensure compliance with established procedures and company guidelines.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, customer operations, or service management, preferably in the ICT or telecommunications industry.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
