Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Customer Support Executive to manage

customer interaction and ensure a smooth service experience. The Ideal candidate will be

responsible for inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining high service quality

standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle Customer Inquiries via phone, email and chat in a timely and professional

manner

 Resolve customer issues, complaints and escalation effectively

 Guide customers on using the platform and completing required actions

 Monitor and maintain listening quality standards, including identify and addressing

spam or incorrect adds

 Coordinate with internal departments (Sales/IT/Finance etc) to resolve customer

concerns

 Assist customers with account related issues including activations and access problems

 Maintain accurate records of customers interactions and update CRM systems

 Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved

 Support ongoing campaigns and customer communications in coordination with

Marketing

 Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards

 Report recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience

Requirements and Qualifications:

 Diploma in Business administration, Marketing or a related field

 1-2 years of experience in customer support, call center or client servicing roles

 Strong communication skills (English)and interpersonal abilities

 Good problem solving skills and a customer focused mindset

 Proficiency in MS Office

 Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced
