Customer Support Executive
We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Customer Support Executive to manage
customer interaction and ensure a smooth service experience. The Ideal candidate will be
responsible for inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining high service quality
standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Customer Inquiries via phone, email and chat in a timely and professional
manner
Resolve customer issues, complaints and escalation effectively
Guide customers on using the platform and completing required actions
Monitor and maintain listening quality standards, including identify and addressing
spam or incorrect adds
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales/IT/Finance etc) to resolve customer
concerns
Assist customers with account related issues including activations and access problems
Maintain accurate records of customers interactions and update CRM systems
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved
Support ongoing campaigns and customer communications in coordination with
Marketing
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
Report recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
Requirements and Qualifications:
Diploma in Business administration, Marketing or a related field
1-2 years of experience in customer support, call center or client servicing roles
Strong communication skills (English)and interpersonal abilities
Good problem solving skills and a customer focused mindset
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced
