Job Summary:
PrintYo Australia is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with prior experience handling Australian and UK clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and prior experience in customer support and/or sales roles within the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
· Manage and support Australian and UK clients effectively.
· Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer concerns.
· Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
· Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
· Follow up with customers regarding pending queries or service requests.
· Support sales-related activities whenever required.
Required Skills & Experience:
· 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Customer Support and/or Sales.
· Mandatory experience in the Insurance industry.
· Prior experience handling Australian and UK clients is mandatory.
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
· Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
· Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office applications.
· Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Prior experience in the international customer support process.
· Comfortable working in early morning IST shift.
· Stable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup required.
