Position Overview

The Customer Support Representative is responsible for providing immediate assistance to customers, resolving issues efficiently, answering inquiries related to the company's services, and representing the company and its brand in the best possible manner.

Customer Support serves as the face of the company and often creates the customer's first impression. Delivering exceptional service is essential to attracting new customers and maintaining long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, demonstrate empathy, understand customer concerns, and provide appropriate solutions and guidance.
  2. Resolve customer issues related to any of the company’s services.
  3. Modify pending orders and coordinate communication between customers and restaurants regarding order changes.
  4. Update reports and shared communication channels with other departments:
  • Review responses related to issues shared across departments (Partners and Driver Support).
  • Follow up on shortages and operational issues related to the grocery sector through internal communication channels.
  1. Assess customer issues and allocate appropriate time and attention based on their needs.
  2. Understand customer behavior and emotional state to maintain positive interactions and customer satisfaction.
  3. Stay updated on the latest company services, policies, and operational updates.
  4. Deliver high-quality customer service with professionalism to enhance customer satisfaction levels.
  5. Submit periodic reports to management as required.
