About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our billing team at Spectrum. In this role, you will be the frontline representative, providing essential support to our customers regarding their billing inquiries and account management. Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

Preferred Qualifications Include

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Experience working with computers and software applications.
  • Previous experience in cable operations or a telecommunications call center.
  • Technical skills such as proficiency in MS Office and typing.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Dependability, professionalism, empathy, enthusiasm, and resilience.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Handling inbound customer calls related to billing inquiries, account issues, and service questions.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their bills and account status.
  • Empathizing with customers to understand their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating account information accurately in the system.
  • Collaborating with management and other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing Spectrum with integrity.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development activities to enhance customer service skills.
