Our client is an international company providing a wide range of services across different markets. They are currently looking for a Support Specialist to join their team and ensure excellent customer care and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, and chat.
  • Make outbound/proactive calls to customers and partners.
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with the team.
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate it to product, sales, and marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • Genuine passion for helping and communicating with people.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English (ability to write quickly and accurately is essential).
