Position: Part-Time (24 hours/week)
Compensation: $15/hour | W-2 | Non-Exempt
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to customers and visitors over chat, ticketing, and
- Author Help Guide Articles for our Knowledge Base, aiding in customer
- self-support
- Engage with customers who have recently canceled due to issues and attempt to
- resolve them
- Record basic video guides to accompany Knowledge Base articles and Help
- Guides
- Record in-game footage for social media content
- Basic data entry for updating spreadsheets and reporting
- Qualifications:
- Strong Familiarity with Minecraft (Java Edition & Bedrock Edition)
- Basic understanding of Minecraft servers
- Experience in troubleshooting mod errors and understanding modpacks
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in tools like Discord, OBS, Audacity, Notion, CurseForge, and SFTP
- clients
- Previous customer service experience or WHMCS experience is preferred
Training & Training Schedule:
Paid comprehensive 2 weeks of training and video courses. Training occurs during
daytime hours (12 PM to 4 PM ET M-F), regardless of regular overnight shift assignment.
Normal Schedule:
Expected days (Eastern Time):
- Sunday: 12 AM – 4 AM
- Monday: 12 AM – 5 AM
- Tuesday: 12 AM – 4 AM
- Wednesday: 12 AM – 5 AM
- Saturday: 12 AM – 6 AM
The schedule may be adjusted with advance notice based on business needs.
Opportunities to pick up shifts will be available when needed.

Location:
This is a remote role; however, you must reside in and work from Tennessee or Florida.
