Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with the opportunity for some work-from-home flexibility. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing prompt, friendly, and effective support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will handle technical support requests, assist in analyzing customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities, and ensure delivery of outstanding service experiences at all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance customer experiences
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to engage with customers professionally and empathetically
- Technical Support Skills for troubleshooting and resolving product or technical issues effectively
- Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and identify process improvement opportunities
- Proficient in using customer support tools and technologies
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities
- Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred)
- Prior experience in customer service roles, especially in e-commerce or retail, is an advantage
