Nobigo is growing fast, and we are looking for a customer-obsessed, high-energy Customer Support Specialist to join our early-stage team!

Nobigo is building the ultimate language learning platform for students and workers preparing for their journeys to Japan. As our user base accelerates, we need someone who doesn't just answer tickets but actively champions our community, helps shape our product, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.

💡 What You’ll Do:

  • Be the Voice of Nobigo: Provide empathetic, fast, and high-quality support to our learners across multiple channels (in-app, email, and community spaces).
  • Champion the User: Troubleshoot user issues alongside our engineering team and gather insights to actively influence our product roadmap.
  • Build Community: Engage with our growing user base, fostering a supportive space for learners navigating their language journeys.
  • Create Playbooks: Help us build our support processes from the ground up as a foundational team member.
  • ✨ Who You Are:

    • Startup-Minded: You thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments. You don't wait for a manual; you figure things out and take extreme ownership.
    • Empathetic & Clear: You have exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for solving user problems.
    • Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn new tools, dashboards, and AI-driven workflows.
    • 🌟 Highly Preferred: You have a background in Japan consultancy/consultation or possess Japanese language knowledge (JLPT N5/N4 or higher). Understanding the journey our users are embarking on is a massive plus!
