Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Crew role located in Singapore. As a Service Crew member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, handling cash transactions, preparing and packaging food products, maintaining cleanliness of the workspace, and ensuring a welcoming and pleasant environment for customers. Additionally, you will assist with inventory control and manage day-to-day store operations.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills for engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong multitasking and time management skills
- Teamwork and collaboration skills for working effectively with colleagues
- Previous experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is a plus
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
