This role is fully conducted in English and requires someone who can communicate professionally with customers, retail partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong customer support background, with additional experience in account management and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional and timely customer support via email, chat, phone and internal communication tools.

Assist customers and partners with order updates, shipping questions, product inquiries, and general support requests.

Manage client and retailer relationships with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Support account management tasks, including follow-ups, issue resolution, and partner coordination.

Identify sales opportunities and help support revenue growth through strong communication and customer care.

Maintain organized records, updates, and reports as needed.

Use Excel to track information, update reports, and support operational processes.

Work closely with operations, fulfillment, billing, and management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements:

Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required.

Previous experience in customer support is required.

Account management and sales experience is required.

Strong Excel skills are preferred.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once.

Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
