We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Delivery & Branch Support person to help with the day-to-day operations of our Wiri, Auckland location. This role involves coordinating and/or making deliveries and pickups of hire equipment from sites across the Auckland region, assisting with basic site installations, maintaining branch tidiness, and ensuring equipment is cleaned, organised, and ready for use.

This role requires a self-motivated individual who can take initiative, work independently when needed, and be accountable to Branch Management. It also offers strong career growth opportunities within a dynamic and fast-paced company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and complete customer deliveries and pickups
  • Assist with basic equipment/site installations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised yard and branch environment
  • Clean, inspect, and prepare equipment for hire/use
  • Support general branch and operational tasks as required
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients on-site and in branch

Skills & Experience

  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
  • Full driver’s licence
  • Forklift licence
  • Comply with all site specific HSE requirements.
