We are looking for a Desk Collection to manage overdue accounts and ensure timely payment collection through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. This role is responsible for maintaining healthy accounts receivable by providing excellent customer service, negotiating payment solutions, and ensuring all collection activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with company policies.

Job Description

  • Contact customers with outstanding or overdue payments via phone, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding outstanding balances, due dates, and available payment methods.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and offer suitable payment solutions based on company policies.
  • Follow up on customers' payment commitments (Promise to Pay/PTP) to ensure timely settlement.
  • Record all collection activities and customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues or disputes.
  • Achieve individual collection targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Prepare regular collection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships while handling collection activities professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations throughout the collection process.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Desk Collection Officer, Collection Officer, Telecollection, Call Center Collection, or in a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to work under performance-based KPIs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Good administrative and documentation skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and highly professional.
  • Willing to work in a target-driven environment.
