What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- Fluent German and English communication skills (written and spoken)
- At least 1 year of customer support experience (remote experience is a plus)
- Bilingual customer service experience is highly preferred
- Experience with platforms like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus, but not required
- Calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented, even in a fast-paced environment
Technical Requirements
- Desktop or laptop with an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent) or better
- Reliable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps download and upload speed
