Role Description The E-Commerce Product Listing Associate is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining accurate and engaging product listings on Alif Stores’ online platform. Day-to-day tasks include gathering product information, writing clear and concise product titles and descriptions, uploading images, setting product attributes, and ensuring correct pricing and categorisation. The role involves monitoring product performance, identifying listing errors or inconsistencies, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly. The associate will also support improvements to product presentation, searchability, and user experience on the website. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to review product data, monitor listing performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, content formatting, and image handling.
- Comfort with e-commerce platforms, spreadsheets, and basic content management tools.
- Relevant experience in online retail, merchandising, or data entry is preferred.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is beneficial.
- Must be an Arabic speaker
