Ecommerce Specialist

Job Summary:

We’re seeking an organized and proactive E-commerce Operations Coordinator to manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process for our online store. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order processing, efficient shipping, and a smooth customer experience. Occasional local travel or driving may be required to support operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily online orders from receipt through shipment

Pick, pack, and ship products with a high level of accuracy

Print shipping labels and coordinate with carriers

Monitor order status and resolve fulfillment or delivery issues

Maintain inventory levels and update stock in the system

Work with the team to improve fulfillment processes and efficiency

Support basic customer service related to orders, returns, and shipping

Perform occasional local deliveries, pickups, or errands as needed

Qualifications:

Experience with Shopify

Experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, or logistics preferred

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with online store platforms (e.g., Shopify) is an asset

Comfortable using shipping and order management software

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (or ability to travel locally as required)

Nice to Have:

Experience with returns processing and inventory reconciliation

Knowledge of shipping carriers and rates

Basic data tracking or reporting ski
