Role Overview:

We are looking for an Email & Chat Process Intern who can manage customer interactions efficiently through written communication channels. This role provides hands-on exposure to customer support operations, communication management, and service delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer queries via email and chat with clarity and professionalism

* Provide accurate information, troubleshoot basic issues, and guide users

* Maintain detailed logs of interactions, queries, and resolutions

* Follow predefined communication templates and service guidelines

* Prioritize and manage multiple conversations simultaneously

* Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant teams

* Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements in responses or workflows

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely response rates

Required Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline

* Strong written communication skills in English

* Good typing speed and attention to detail

* Basic understanding of customer service principles

* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

* Problem-solving mindset and patience in handling queries

* Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Skills:

* Prior experience in customer support or similar roles (optional)

* Familiarity with email management tools or chat platforms

* Basic understanding of CRM tools and ticketing systems
