- Headquarters (IT, Marketing, Back Office): 7th floor, Geleximco Building, 36 Hoang Cau, O Cho Dua Ward, Hanoi.
- Hanoi Call Center Office (CSS, CSR): HTP Building – 434 Tran Khat Chan, Hai Ba Trung Ward, Hanoi.
- HCMC Call Center Office (CSR): Moc Gia Building – 92 Yen The, Tan Son Hoa Ward 2, HCMC.
WORK LOCATION
- Hanoi Call Center Office: HTP Building – 434 Tran Khat Chan, Hai Ba Trung Ward, Hanoi.
WORKING HOURS
- Shift 1: 10:00 PM – 07:00 PM.
- Shift 2: 11:00 PM – 08:00 PM.
(You can choose fixed shift after first 2-week training).
SALARY RANGE
- 15 – 17M/ month: Monday to Friday.
- 18 – 16M/ month: Saturday, Sunday and any 3 weekdays.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- No experience required: Softel welcomes freshers with good English skills to handle customer service for telecommunication services in the U.S. through the hotline center.
- Identify and address customer needs, with a goal of total satisfaction.
- Completes reports of calls and other data accurately and on time.
- Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
- Customer service experience is a plus, Softel still welcomes freshers, and you would be trained in the professional US policy program from the beginning.
- Proficiency in English communication and basic computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Quick, good communication and problem-solving skills.
