Job Description / Responsibility
- Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring instant customer satisfaction on queries.
- Responsible for making outbound and follow-up calls.
- Taking product orders from customers.
- Order placement in to software.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product quality, complaints, and feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or social media. Maintaining high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization.
- Will be capable of sales monitoring.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
- Responding to calls on public holidays and weekends.
- Perform any other operational task assigned by the supervisor/higher authority.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Higher Secondary
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 5 year(s)
