Executive – Customer Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers on bookings, inquiries, and shipment follow-ups
- Handle customer communication professionally
- Support vessel planning activities and sailing coordination
- Update and maintain Vessel reports, CBF, and related operational data
- Work closely with operations and commercial teams to ensure smooth cargo flow
- Maintain a close relationship with customers and vessel partners.
- Work closely with the HO Trade team and Cochin team.
- Monitor volumes and support achievement of operational targets
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in the shipping or logistics industry
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
