Field Support – Job Description
Position Overview:
The Field Support team member plays a critical role in supporting daily field operations. This position serves as a direct line of communication for technicians, assisting them throughout the day while ensuring office processes are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable balancing technician support with customer service responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time support to field technicians during their routes
- Answer incoming calls from technicians and assist with service questions, scheduling adjustments, account concerns, and route changes
- Complete office tasks on behalf of technicians, including updating customer accounts, entering service notes, processing documentation, and handling follow-up items
- Assist with same-day service modifications and route adjustments as needed
- Communicate with customers regarding service updates, questions, or scheduling changes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in company systems
- Support additional office duties related to technician operations and customer service
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to think quickly
- Customer service experience preferred
Compensation:
$17.00 per hour

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
