What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, and tools associated with the employer's business model
  • Interact with members, brokers, providers, and vendors through multiple channels according to assignment needs
  • Manage an assigned caseload while maintaining service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations
  • Support the leadership team by identifying issues through established escalation pathways
  • Monitor and track the health of all assigned work-in-progress issues, ensuring timely resolutions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused setting
  • At least 6 months of healthcare experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency preferred)
  • Strong quantitative or analytical skills to identify or solve problems

  • Experience with data manipulation and accurate data entry
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in a customer service context
