We’re now hiring a Growth & Customer Experience Associate, someone who sits at the intersection of support, sales, and smart outreach.

What You'll Be Doing
Customer Experience
You’ll be the front line when customers need clarity and reassurance.
• Handle inbound conversations via WhatsApp, email, and live chat
• Answer questions about orders, subscriptions, payments, delivery timelines
• Explain how the online assessment works and what happens after doctor review
• Set clear expectations about treatment timelines (non-medical guidance only)
• Reassure and unblock customers who are hesitant or confused
• Escalate medical-related questions to our doctors
• Keep clean, structured notes in CRM so nothing falls through
You’re calm, structured, and solution-oriented.
Coversion & Telesales
Turn interest into action.
Reach out to users who:
- Completed the assessment but didn’t order
- Shared details but dropped off
- Started checkout and didn’t finish
- Identify what’s holding them back (price, timing, doubts, confidence)
- Explain aneeq clearly: discreet, doctor-reviewed, delivered
- Guide them toward a decision without pressure or robotic scripts
- Track outcomes and identify patterns that improve conversion
- Share weekly insights with the Growth team
This isn’t aggressive selling. It’s removing friction.
SDR & Outbound Growth
Feed the sales engine.
• Identify potential leads through outbound outreach
• Qualify quickly with smart questions
• Pass high-quality opportunities to the ground sales team
• Maintain a clean and updated CRM pipeline
• Share objection patterns and feedback to improve targeting and messaging
You think in terms of pipeline, not just conversations.
What We're Looking For
2–3 years of experience in:
- Customer support
- Inside sales / telesales
- SDR / lead qualification
- Conversion-focused roles
- Healthcare or pharmacy industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- Comfortable discussing sensitive health topics professionally
- Confident handling objections and guiding decisions
- Organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working evening and weekend shifts
- Experience with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce) is a plus
