The Cliff is one of Sri Lanka's most distinctive hospitality destinations.
Perched above the Indian Ocean in Weligama, we create memorable experiences through thoughtful design, exceptional food and beverage, and genuine hospitality.
We are looking for a warm, confident, and hospitality-focused Guest Experience Executive to become the first point of contact for our guests.
You will play a key role in creating exceptional first impressions, managing reservations, welcoming guests, coordinating seating, and ensuring every guest feels genuinely cared for from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations and guest communications
- Welcome and host guests upon arrival
- Coordinate seating and guest flow
- Handle special requests, celebrations, and VIP guests
- Support front-of-house operations during service
- Maintain guest information and reservation systems
- Assist with events and special experiences
- Deliver exceptional hospitality at every touchpoint
Who We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, boutique hotels, beach clubs, or lifestyle venues
- Excellent spoken English
- Warm, confident, and naturally personable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using reservation systems
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
Bonus Points
Experience at premium hospitality venues, boutique hotels, lifestyle hospitality brands, beach clubs, restaurants, or resorts in destinations such as Bali, Thailand, Singapore, Dubai, or similar hospitality-focused markets.
Relocation
