What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide empathetic, first-class support to customers via phone and email, managing inbound and outbound calls
- Process, validate, and respond to inbound medical record requests while adhering to HIPAA regulations
- Review patient insurance claims and verify benefits using online portals
- Manage multiple software applications and accurately document correspondence to maintain account information
- Track metrics and provide detailed reporting on customer experience and resolution rates
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- Healthcare support experience
- Technical support experience
- Experience with health insurance verifications (highly preferred)
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in medical billing or coding (highly preferred)
- Familiarity with data entry and HIPAA regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong adaptability to ambiguity and attention to detail
