What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Field customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media
- De-escalate customer issues and provide solutions
- Escalate complex interactions as necessary
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting
- Provide feedback on call issues and upsell when required
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- General knowledge of Windows-based computer systems
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- College degree preferred but not required
