About the Role
We are seeking a highly empathetic, sharp, and articulate Inbound Call Representative & Appointment Setter to act as the primary voice for our US-based Hospice Agency.
In this role, you will handle sensitive healthcare communications, manage incoming patient inquiries, and coordinate directly with nursing staff. Because you will be interacting directly with American patients and medical professionals, exceptional, accent-free, or highly neutral fluent English speaking skills are non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities

- Information Gathering & Triaging: Patiently gather critical medical/demographic data and document it accurately in our CRM.
- Care Coordination: Seamlessly forward patient information via email and refer urgent medical needs to the on-duty nursing team.
- Critical Escalation: Proactively track nurse response times. If a nurse does not respond within the designated window, immediately escalate the case to the primary decision-maker to ensure patient safety.
- CRM Tracking: Maintain precise, real-time records of every call, transfer, and escalation within the company CRM system.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Fluency in English: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a neutral or US-friendly accent.
- Prior Experience: Experience in international call centers, medical billing, virtual reception, or customer service (US campaigns preferred). Experience with healthcare/hospice accounts is a massive plus.

- Problem-Solving & Agility: Ability to stay calm under pressure, think on your feet, and follow critical escalation protocols diligently.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort operating CRM software, email clients, and VoIP systems.
