What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as the first line of contact for CPAP resupply customers, addressing questions and concerns
- Process new order intake, ensuring accuracy with product selection and patient information
- Provide basic technical customer service assistance for CPAP equipment and sleep coaching
- Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance regulations, as well as current products and services
- Manage high volume inbound phone calls and ensure timely fulfillment of product orders
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including internet navigation and typing
- Ability to accurately perform simple mathematical calculations
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English
- Prompt and regular attendance is required
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with medical equipment and medical billing practices
- One year of related work experience in a medical field
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Experience in administrative record management
- Knowledge of FDA and JCAHO guidelines
