Role Description / Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions in French (calls, emails, chats, back-office).
• Provide accurate information on products, services, billing, and accounts.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Document interactions and update records accurately.
• Follow SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and data security.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Fluent French (written & verbal) — mandatory
• Knowledge of P&C insurance
• Back-office processing knowledge
• Basic to good English communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency (MS Office)
• Willingness to work shifts (night/rotational if required)
• Must meet RTO guidelines

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in BPO / call center / customer support
• Experience supporting international customers
