Looking for a Change & Incident Consultant responsible for supporting and executing end-to-end change and incident management processes to ensure service stability, minimize business disruption, and meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The role requires close coordination with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to support efficient incident resolution and smooth implementation of planned changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Incident and Change Management processes
- Ensure incidents are resolved within agreed SLA timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution and follow-ups
- Handle major incidents, including escalation and communication
- Review and approve change requests with minimal business impact
- Support problem management to reduce recurring issues
- Work on ITSM tools (especially ServiceNow) for ticket management, tracking, and reporting
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in IT Service Management or similar role
- ITIL Certified
- Hands-on experience in Incident, Change, and Problem Management
- Experience working on ServiceNow (Required / Strongly Preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proactive approach with strong follow-up ability
- Ability to work under pressure and manage critical situations
- Arabic speaker Required
