You may know our founder Chris Paul as an NBA superstar, but did you know he's also a snack-making flavor-finder? After switching to a plant-based diet in 2019 to sharpen his competitive edge on the basketball court, Chris experienced remarkable improvements in his energy, recovery, and overall well-being. There was just one problem: snacks. After going plant-based, Chris quickly realized there was a major gap in the snack world: no better-for-you options tasted as good as our childhood favorites. So, he set out to change that.
Chris teamed up with Gopuff to develop the most craveable snacks around. The goal was to create better options that snack-lovers like him would not just enjoy, but actually prefer. And that’s how Good Eat’n was born.
Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing & Customer Experience Associate to support our growing brand. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in customer service, marketing, or a related field who is eager to learn and grow.
This role will focus on engaging with our community, supporting marketing initiatives, and assisting with customer communications. No prior marketing experience is required—training will be provided.
Roles & Responsibilities
Community Management & Customer Engagement
- Manage and respond to comments and questions on platforms such as Reddit
- Support day-to-day community engagement across digital channels
- Provide friendly, timely responses to customer inquiries
Marketing Support
- Support the marketing team with community management initiatives
- Assist with email marketing campaigns (setup, scheduling, and coordination)
- Help coordinate brand events and activations
Customer Experience
- Track and organize customer feedback and common questions
- Help ensure a positive and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints
- Escalate customer issues or trends to internal teams as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, marketing, or similar roles
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable engaging with customers and online communities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
- Positive, proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience**
