Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Phnom Penh for a Junior Customer Service Officer. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product and service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Coordination with internal teams to address customer needs and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions are also key tasks.

The Junior Customer Service Officer supports the Customer Service team in handling customer inquiries, providing after-sales support, maintaining customer records, and ensuring a positive customer experience for homeowners and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, messaging applications, email, and walk-in visits.
  • Provide basic information regarding company projects, products, and services.
  • Assist customers with requests and direct complex issues to senior team members.

Complaint & Follow-up

  • Record customer complaints and service requests accurately.
  • Follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Update customers on the status of their requests and complaints.

Customer Database Management

  • Maintain and update customer information in the system.
  • Ensure customer records and documents are complete and accurate.
  • Prepare customer-related reports as assigned.

Coordination

  • Coordinate with Sales, Property Management, Construction, and other departments regarding customer requests.
  • Support customer handover and after-sales service activities.

Administrative Support

  • Prepare customer service documents and correspondence.
  • Assist with customer surveys and feedback collection.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Administration, or related roles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic problem-solving and customer handling skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, service-minded, and willing to learn.
