TEB is now seeking qualified candidates for the position of Junior Customer Service Officer in the Gjilan Branch.
Responsibilities:
- Executing cash deposits and withdrawals for clients
- Foreign exchange transactions
- Executing intra-branch and branch-to-branch transfers for clients
- Executing gyro payments and collectors
- Executing individual and business credit card payments
- Remittances and national (ICS) transactions
- Invoice payments
- Scanning process
- Archiving documents
- Controlling customer signatures/authorizations while executing transactions
- Cash box reconciliation and reporting any difference if it occurs. Filling cash reports, end-of-day reports, and ATM reports
- Completing and following end-of-day transactions
- ATM Reconciliation
- Reach all sales targets that are assigned to him/her as per the ScorCard
- Make sure they implement and follow the sales strategy set by HQ
Qualifications required:
- University degree in Economics or Business Administration
- Previous experience with cash and sales is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and sales skills
- Understanding of banking products and services
- Good communication skills and ability to build good relations with clients
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Efficient in teamwork
- Excellent level of the English Language
- Driving License
