We are seeking qualified, motivated, and detail-oriented professionals to join our growing laboratory team. If you are passionate about quality, scientific excellence, and professional development, we encourage you to apply for one of the following positions:
1. Chemistry / Microbiology Lab Analyst – Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform chemical and microbiological testing according to established procedures.
- Prepare samples, reagents, and laboratory media.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments (e.g GC / GC-MS, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, Titration, ICP-MS …etc.)
- Record, analyze, and report test results accurately.
- Has knowledge of testing or analytical procedures, quantitative methods, biological techniques, quality assurance techniques and government regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics or a related field.
- 2–5 years of laboratory experience.
- Have worked under GMP, GLP, or ISO standards.
- Knowledge of laboratory testing techniques and quality systems.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
2. Laboratory Quality Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain laboratory quality management systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and oversee corrective and preventive actions.
- Review, approve and validate results.
- Manage quality documentation, SOPs, and records.
- Monitor laboratory performance indicators and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train laboratory personnel on quality requirements and best practices.
- Maintains laboratory supplies inventory.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of laboratory quality management experience.
- Establish & Overseas QA/QC procedures/performance.
- Have worked under GMP, GLP, or ISO standards.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory quality systems, international testing procedures and accreditation requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
3. Human Resources Officer (Laboratory Operations)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities. (LEAVES, PERFORMANCE REVIEWS, ATTENDANCE TRACKING, EMPLOYEE DATA BASE, PAYROLL INTEGRATION…ETC.).
- HAS GOOD KNOWLEDGE OPERATING AND USING HR PLATFORMS.
- Maintain personnel records and HR documentation.
- Assist with performance management and employee development programs.
- Coordinate training and workforce planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years’ experience IN A SIMILAR FIELD is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
4. Laboratory Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
- Sample receiving.
- Labelling of received samples.
- Filling the required forms.
- Report non-conforming samples.
- Determine tests required as customer needed.
- Welcome clients and visitors professionally.
- Manage appointments and laboratory schedules.
- Register samples and maintain accurate records.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Support administrative and front-desk operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of laboratory experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional appearance and organizational abilities.
